Proctor Service /
Invigilation service for Individuals
Proctoring service / Invigilation service is available at MACHI Japanese Academy (MJA). We provide the exam proctoring service for people to take off-campus exams, distance learning and online courses 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Our proctor services / Invigilation service are for any individuals or groups, and you do not need to be a student at MACHI Japanese Academy.

Proctor Service Fees
Above fees apply for one person taking an exam.
Registration fee (5,000 yen) will be charged for first registration.
Procter service after 19:00 to 22:00, the fee will incur an additional 10,000 yen. From 22:00 to 8:00, the fee will incur an additional 30,000 yen.
If the completed exam materials need to be delivered by courier (EMS), an additional 5000 yen will be charged. If the PDF copy is acceptable, there is no additional charge.
